 Return & Exchange Policy:

 

Q: What if the item color does not match the picture?

 

A:  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. At Herbal Army, we strive to ensure satisfaction and greater than great service to our customers. If you have any problems or questions regarding your order and/or merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@herbal-army.com.  

 

Q: Are Shipping and Handling charges refundable?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. Customers are also responsible for the shipping fees of sending back an item for refund. 

 

Q: I changed my mind after receiving the products. Can I make an exchange?

A: Unfortunately,we do not offer exchange service at this point; however, we will be glad to provide a refund for you if the product is unopened and in brand new, resale-able condition. 

 

Q: What if I received the wrong item or an item is missing from my order?

A:  Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance at customerservice@herbal-army.com.

 

 Shipping and Delivery:

 

Q: Where is my shipment?

A:  After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an order confirmation, which includes a tracking number and links for you to track your package. Your tracking info will be emailed to you when available. Back ordered items may take longer to arrive, and you will receive an email notification when a product that you order becomes unavailable.

 

Q: How long will my shipment take to arrive?

A:  Standard shipping is ground for the continental U.S. unless otherwise specified. Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that an additional 5 to 7 business days are required for processing orders shipping via USPS and that the delivery time by USPS varies. Economy shipping takes an average of 7 to14 business days for delivery, depending on your location, Weekends and holidays may be excluded.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: You shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of the order. When you add or subtract items, shipping costs may change accordingly. 

 

Q: Do you ship to multiple addresses?

A:  Yes, but you must place a separate order for each address to which you are having items shipped. (Additional shipping charges may apply).

 

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this moment.

 

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

A: Yes we do. We generally ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Be sure to type APO or FPO or DPO under the City field. In the State list, select from

-          AA (Armed Forces Americas) if you are stationed in the Americas.

-          AE (Armed Forces Europe) if you are stationed in Europe or Africa

-          AP (Armed Forces Pacific) if you are stationed in the Pacific regions.

 

Under the Country field, select USA. Please note that an additional 5 to 7 business days are required for processing orders shipping via USPS and that the delivery time by USPS will vary and may take a long time. Herbal Army has no control over USPS.

 

California Sales Tax Information:

 

 Q: Do I need to pay sales tax?

 A:  Yes. Herbal Army collects sales tax on both merchandise and related shipping and handling charges for the State Board of Equalization within or outside of California. 

 

Wholesale/ Bulk Order:

 Q; Do you offer distributor pricing?

 A:  Yes we do! For larger quantity orders, please contact our Sales Department for a quote at info@herbal-army.com. 

 

 Q: Is there a minimum for wholesale?

 A: There is no minimum for wholesale, but quotes vary depending on quantity of the order. Please contact our Sales Department for a quote at                 

     info@herbal-army.com.

 

Q: Can I request a catalog?

A:  Unfortunately no. Although we will not provide print or electronic version of the catalogs, our customer service specialists are more than happy to provide a selection of the products that we offer and a complete list of the products we offer with the most current pricing. Please contact our Customer Service Department to request a pricing and more information.
