Customer Support: Return and Exchange Policies

 

 A.      Return and Exchange Policies:

 

i.     General Return and Exchange policy: 

-          All returns must be within 21 days of the invoice date

-          Any returns will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%

-          Any returned merchandise without a RMA will be sent back to customers at customers’ cost and expense.

-          We currently do NOT accept exchanges 

           For all product returns, please contact Herbal Army Customer Service: customerservice@herbal-army.com to obtain a Return   

           Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back merchandises.

-          Returns must include a RMA issued by the Herbal Army Customer Service department along with the completed Return Receipt 

           that was attached in the original package. 

ii.       Nonrefundable products include: 

 -         Merchandise without all original packaging included with the merchandise, such as box and manuals.

 -         Merchandise that exhibits physically damage or altered

 -         Merchandise that is not purchased from herbal-army.com

 -         Sales and clearance items are FINAL and will not be accepted for exchange or refund

 -         Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and take up to 14 business days to process

 -         The Herbal Army reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

 ii.    Consumable item Refund-Only Return Policy:

-          All consumable items return must be within 30 days of the invoice date (Only if unopened and in brand new condition)


B.  Order Cancellation:

   Our system may cancel your order if

 -        The item is no longer available

 -        There’s difficulty in processing your payment information

 -        We are unable to ship to the address provided

 -        There’s the existence of a duplicate order

 -        If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice by e-mail. This e-mail will contain the reason for cancellation, and you will not be 

           charged for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and has to be resubmitted again on our 

           website.

 i.       Cancellation by customer’s request

-         Once you click ‘submit my order,’ you cannot cancel or change your order because our system would automatically process and 

          ship orders upon payment approval and system processing. If you do wish to cancel your order, you may follow our Return 

          Instructions or contact one of our customer service representatives at customerservice@herbal-army.com.

-         You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notice from us, saying that we are unable to process your payment 

          information. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order

ii.       Damaged or Defective Items:

-         If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 21 days of delivery. Please 

          also have you order information, such as order number, item number from your confirmation email, as well as your e-mail address 

          and contact number ready as we may need this information to process your return or credit back your fees.

 

C.      Shipping information

 

i.  Shipping Rules and Restrictions:

-          *We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays within the United States. 

-          *We do not ship to P.O. boxes and countries outside of United States.

-          *Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/Military address may require additional funds.

ii. Shipping Methods

-         Domestic shipping via USPS (United States only) 

-         For international delivery, please contact our customer service department directly at customerservice@herbal-army.com for

          assistance.

-         You would receive e-mails regarding the status of your order as you are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout.
